Boris is the Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors, overseeing product development, matching, algorithm design procedures, estimations of demand-related parameters and big data mining and analytics. Boris's background in applied microeconomics, environmental and resource economics and industrial organization plays a pivotal role in guiding the company to develop and continuously improve innovative buyer-to-seller matching models and employing a myriad of statistical and mathematical techniques, as well as regression-based models in various data estimation procedures that are critical to LetYouKnow operations. Boris received a Ph.D. in Economics and a Master of Economics from North Carolina State University and a B.A. in Economics from Goucher College.

Aaron is the Chief Technology Officer and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors, overseeing all matters related to product infrastructure, including but not limited to database architecture, website and applications (apps) development and maintenance, algorithm coding and data collection processes. Aaron's computer programming background serves as an absolute asset to LetYouKnow in scripting past and ongoing proprietary matching model algorithms and supporting day-to-day technical operations. Aaron received a Master of Science in Information Management from Arizona State University and a B.A. in Computer Science from Goucher College.

Leslie is the Chief Administrative Officer and Secretary of the Board of Directors, overseeing all matters related to administrative policies and corporate governance procedures to ensure the company's compliance with the regulatory framework within the jurisdiction of the United States. Leslie's paralegal background is well served within the scope of LetYouKnow administrative functions to monitor the implementation of existing protocols in order to continuously update and improve therein procedures in response to day-to-day operational challenges. Leslie received an A.S. in Paralegal Studies from Vincennes University.

Sergii Ostapenko
Corina Straub Diehl

Corina has been a Board Advisor since February 2024 and is a highly respected entrepreneur, as well as the owner of Diehl Automotive Group, which consists of over 20 stores. Corina fought through a number of challenging years including the Great Recession, as well as the supply-constrained COVID period and through hard work built a highly respectable company that at its core principles deeply cares for its customers and employees. Corina, as a successful entrepreneur, has been featured in many highly reputable publications and television programs, including TIME, Automotive News, Pittsburgh Magazine, as well as CBT News! Corina received a B.A. in Marketing from Rutgers University.

William D. Dyer

William has been a Board Member since April 2022 and was previously a Board Advisor since February 2021 and is a highly respected first generation car dealer. William started out as a partner in a small Ford dealership before purchasing Chevrolet and Mazda dealerships to form Dyer Auto Group, which later expanded to include Subaru, Kia and two more Chevrolet dealerships. William’s ability to adjust, adapt and think outside the box were instrumental in growing Dyer Auto Group and helping it navigate the great recession, the rapid adoption of the digital retailing model, as well as constantly changing factory and industry issues and regulations. William is a highly engaged dealer and enjoys a great reputation within his communities, fellow dealers and the manufactures he represents. William received a B.S. in Engineering from Vanderbilt University.

Michael J. Glasser
Michael J. Glasser

Mike has been a Board Member since April 2022 and has extensive entrepreneurship, ownership and management experience in the automotive sector, as well as startup software companies. Mike became a partner and co-owner of San Rafael Mitsubishi in 2009 and in 2014 became co-owner, GM and CFO at Automotion, a used car dealership in Roseville, CA. Mike then led the transition of San Rafael Mitsubishi to Marin Mazda in 2017 becoming co-owner and CEO of this very well-regarded dealership. Mike’s business acumen and leadership have been critical in maintaining profitability via effective management of the various crises affecting the auto business and the effects of the pandemic. Mike received a B.A. in Economics and Spanish from UC Davis.

Maxim S. Zayko
Maxim S. Zayko

Maxim has been a Board Member since March 2020 and has over 20 years of experience in organically growing a retail chain with a wide regional presence and establishing relationships with international supply-chain distribution centers. After successfully selling his retail business, Maxim has been investing in real estate development projects and has been involved in the construction and sale of trade centers and commercial properties. Maxim received a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategic Management from Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and a Bachelor degree in Political Science and International Relations from MGIMO.

James V. Baker
James V. Baker

Jim has been a Board Member since March 2020 and has spent the last 30 years in the business world as an entrepreneur, investor and advisor. Jim owned and managed a CRO and functional services company, Ockham, specializing in Oncology. He grew the company both organically and through M&A until its successful exit in 2014. After the sale of Ockham to Chiltern International, Jim started Sumus Development Group, an advisory business focused on operational excellence, exit strategy and marketing. Jim has extensive experience in acquiring and selling companies, working with investment bankers, private equity, and mezzanine debt funding and has vast experience in business branding and managing and leading employees. He is also an active investor in the business community and is the author of "The Adventure Begins When the Plan Falls Apart: Converting a Crisis Into Company Success.” Jim received a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University.

Andrey A. Shalaurov

Andrey has been a Board Member since December 2020 and has over 17 years of experience in the financial services sector as a banking consultant, software engineer director and an enterprise solutions architect for major banks in the US, Canada and Australia, as well as being an active entrepreneur and investor. As a founder of FinSpider, an enterprise performance management and analytics SaaS platform, Andrey has years of experience in working with Venture Capital and Private Equity groups and serves as a Startup UNC program advisor at the Kenan-Flagler Business School. Andrey received a Master of Science in Financial Mathematics from the University of Chicago and holds Bachelor degrees in Business Administration and Biology from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Sergii Ostapenko
Sergii Ostapenko

Sergii is the Vice President of Global Operations and Board Member, overseeing the building and managing of the company's international team of contractors to facilitate auxiliary global operations. Through years of experience with logistics of agricultural transactions gained from his trading company, he branched out to agricultural supply-chain database architecture and matching methods to set up a marketplace for enterprise buyers and sellers. Sergii is continuously fine tuning the company's existing models to apply them to other markets. Sergii received a Bachelor degree in Dental Surgery from Lugansk State Medical University.
